Mooone believes that your privacy is very important. This Policy outlines the types of personally information and other data that we will collect from you through the mobile applications and websites we provide (the “Services”), and how we will use and when we might disclose such information and data to third parties. Your installation and/or use of these Services and/or submission of information to us constitute your consent to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Service. By using the Services, you affirm that you have reached the age of majority in your country or have reviewed these Terms of Use with your parent or legal guardian and he or she agrees to these Terms of Use on your behalf and takes full responsibility for your compliance with them.
Two Types of Information Collection and Use
“Personal Information,” which is the type of information that specifically identifies you personally and/or can be used alone to contact you online or offline, such as your full name, physical address, email address, telephone number, precise geolocation information (i.e., your specific location), and credit card information.
PLEASE, NOTICE THAT NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO ENJOY OUR SERVICES.
The only circumstances in which we collect your Personal Information are when you choose to submit your Personal Information to us for any reason in any form such as asking for any technical support with your contact information. We will then collect such Personal Information and use it for the purposes for which you submitted it.
Also, in some jurisdictions, certain Personal Information, such as information about your race or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical views or personal health, is characterized as “sensitive” and is subject to stricter regulation than other personal information. Please note that content and information that you input to our Services may reveal your sensitive Personal Information to others. We urge you to consider whether it is appropriate to communicate Personal Information of a sensitive nature in the manner you are proposing to communicate it using our Services.
If you are younger than 13 years old, you must get consent from your parents or legal guardian before providing any Personal Information to us. If you believe we may have Personal information about a child under 13 that was not provided with parental consent, please contact feedback@theone-uni.com.
2. “Non-personal Information,” which is information that does not identify you and cannot be used to contact you personally, including information about you such as your age, non-precise geolocation information (e.g., your city), and gender. If you choose to open an account with us, we will collect such Non-personal information to set up your account.
In addition to these profile information, we may also collect and use following Non-personal Information to help improve our Services.
Location Information: You may tell us your location if you choose to enable your computer or mobile device to send us location information. We may use and store information about your location to provide features of our Services.
Links: We may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means.
Cookies: Like many websites, we may use “cookie” technology to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your device. Mooone may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our Services, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on our Services, and to customize and improve our Services. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. If you do not want cookies from Mooone or other websites, you can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.
Log Data: Our servers automatically record information (“Log Data”) created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, and your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you interact with our Services, for example, when you visit our websites, sign into our Services, choose our expression parts with text you typed and/or chose, or interact with our notifications. Mooone uses Log Data to provide our Services and to measure, customize, and improve them.
Third-Party Services: Mooone uses third-party services to help provide our Services and to help us understand the use of our Services. These third-party service providers may use cookies and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and services, including your IP address, device ID, pages viewed, and links clicked. Our service providers include Google Analytics and its demographics and interests reporting feature, which you can opt out of here and here.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
“Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in Singapore and abroad. We may share your information with such service providers subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, and on the condition that the third parties use your data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions.
“Law and Harm: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Mooone’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s, including a government’s, request to disclose your information.
“Business Transfers: In the event that Mooone is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.
Third Party Services on our Services
Our Service may link you to social media or other services provided by a third party. For example, you may be able to share content on, or login to, our Services using services provided by third parties. The third parties who provide such services may be able to collect your Information and Personal Information (including your Log Data), and may set cookies on your device to enable such feature to function properly.
These third party social media or other services may be hosted by the relevant third party. Your use of any such third party services (whether social media services or otherwise), including any Personal Information you provide to such third parties, are subject to the relevant third party’s own terms of services and privacy policies and not the Mooone Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, so please review their terms carefully. This Privacy Policy only applies to any Information collected by us, does not apply to any services offered by or information practices of any third parties, and we bear no liability for any third party use of any Information provided by you to them.
Terminating your Personal Information
If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your account information according to our regular retention schedule. Please note that we will continue to store certain information for analytics purposes, but that information will not include your Personal Information such as name or email address. We will also retain any information as required by law. Comments or emotions you make on content shared by others, or messages you send, may also remain visible to other users after you delete your account.
Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be at http://privacy.mooone.co. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you through the Services. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
