Mooone believes that your privacy is very important. This Policy outlines the types of personally information and other data that we will collect from you through the mobile applications and websites we provide (the “Services”), and how we will use and when we might disclose such information and data to third parties. Your installation and/or use of these Services and/or submission of information to us constitute your consent to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Service. By using the Services, you affirm that you have reached the age of majority in your country or have reviewed these Terms of Use with your parent or legal guardian and he or she agrees to these Terms of Use on your behalf and takes full responsibility for your compliance with them.

Two Types of Information Collection and Use

Log Data: Our servers automatically record information (“Log Data”) created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, and your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you interact with our Services, for example, when you visit our websites, sign into our Services, choose our expression parts with text you typed and/or chose, or interact with our notifications. Mooone uses Log Data to provide our Services and to measure, customize, and improve them.

Third-Party Services: Mooone uses third-party services to help provide our Services and to help us understand the use of our Services. These third-party service providers may use cookies and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and services, including your IP address, device ID, pages viewed, and links clicked. Our service providers include Google Analytics and its demographics and interests reporting feature, which you can opt out of here and here.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in Singapore and abroad. We may share your information with such service providers subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, and on the condition that the third parties use your data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions.

Law and Harm: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Mooone’s rights or property. Business Transfers: In the event that Mooone is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.

Third Party Services on our Services

Our Service may link you to social media or other services provided by a third party. For example, you may be able to share content on, or login to, our Services using services provided by third parties. The third parties who provide such services may be able to collect your Information and Personal Information (including your Log Data), and may set cookies on your device to enable such feature to function properly.

These third party social media or other services may be hosted by the relevant third party. Your use of any such third party services (whether social media services or otherwise), including any Personal Information you provide to such third parties, are subject to the relevant third party’s own terms of services and privacy policies and not the Mooone Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, so please review their terms carefully. This Privacy Policy only applies to any Information collected by us, does not apply to any services offered by or information practices of any third parties, and we bear no liability for any third party use of any Information provided by you to them.

Terminating your Personal Information

If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your account information according to our regular retention schedule. Please note that we will continue to store certain information for analytics purposes, but that information will not include your Personal Information such as name or email address. We will also retain any information as required by law. Comments or emotions you make on content shared by others, or messages you send, may also remain visible to other users after you delete your account.

Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will always be at If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you through the Services.
